The hotel had very clean and modern rooms that were nice and comfortable, perfect for a simple breakfast. The service was top-notch, especially during the night, with incredibly courteous and hospitable staff, including GM Alberto. The location was ideal, right in the center and within walking distance to the zocalo. The dining experience was very enjoyable overall, although there were some issues with certain meals. The facilities were well-equipped and provided a great experience for guests.
